I remembered the previous review by Hiraccio about the Midorikawa brewery from the train window 🚃.
After eating ramen (real nosler🍜) at Marukawaya @ Koide, I headed to the brewery (no direct sales) and bought this just-released sake at the station-side distributor: ✌️
The white label with the green letters "Midorikawa" on it. The white label with green Midorikawa letters and the green bottle gives it a fresh, new green atmosphere 🍃.
Freshly made ✨Ginjo aroma like green apple.
Syrupy sweetness, then sharp and bitter in the second half 🍏.
No description, but it seems to be made with Koshitanrei
I have a flashback of the Uono River with the Echigo Sanzan mountains in the background that I saw during the day: 🏞️

I see you visited the Midorikawa warehouse👍.
The scenery of the Uonogawa River and Echigo Sanzan (three mountains of Echigo) in that area is very typical of Uonuma, isn't it?
I have a bottle of Midorikawa Junmai in my fridge and will drink it soon.

Hiraccio, thank you for your comment 😊.
No one was there, but I was deeply moved.
Sake is also a different kind of drink 🤗.
