I had wanted to try this sake as well, and on my way home from the Kobe Marathon, I found it at Asano Sake Shop Sannomiya and bought it.
The marathon was a mess, but I took the liberty of rewarding myself. 😭
It's freshly pressed so it's fresh, but the acidity and umami spread on the palate, and it's a very dry sake. It's like a San-in sake. 😋😋😋😋
