This is "origin" from Higashitsuru, which I drank last year and really enjoyed. We are confident that the most popular sake is the one that we are most proud of. The depth of the well has been deepened to achieve a satisfactory quality, and this is a gem that has been released with full anticipation.
It is as delicious as ever. Slightly effervescent and not too sweet, it is an extremely tasty sake with a delicious rice flavor. It tastes somewhat like lychee and the umami of rice. It seems to go well with meals.
Given the rice flavor, it would go well with white meat fish sashimi. The sake by itself is also good enough.
