Continuing with Ichinoichi.
The next one I got was Sasasamune, which was also a first for me.
This is also a special junmai, so it does not have much aroma.
Basically, they do not serve sake with a strong aroma.
It would interfere with the food.
It is completely different from Ikegame.
The taste is quite refreshing.
I had it with seared horse muscle, and it drained off the fat quickly.
It was very easy to drink 😄.
However, I had a strong impression of the flavor of Ikegame earlier, so this sake didn't leave much of an impression😅.
