I went to the Katano Sakura Fair at Asano Sake Shop because I was curious about it!
I thought it would be more profitable to drink in the store since it's so expensive to buy 😅.
The first one I drank was the dewy scent.
Alcohol 15 degrees, Polishing ratio: Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 55
Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.5, Amino acidity 1.4
Gohyakumangoku Association No. 9/1801 yeast
I've seen it before but never had it.
Slightly sweet and spicy impression.
To be honest, I think it's the type that doesn't leave much of an impression 🤔.
