としひこ
Michelin-starred restaurant in Itabashi, 3rd 🍶 at Sushi Matsumoto.
Yoshidagurau, another brand of Tedorigawa, is a light, slightly effervescent sake. The alcohol content is 9 degrees Celsius. I thought it was low, but I didn't expect it to be this low. I was surprised to see the back label. It may not be a good way to describe it, but it looks like Shinmasa. This is delicious. It might be the best today. I was torn between this and Kafuda, although they are different types. I don't have to decide the number one.
