Pre-Birthday Celebration Sake Love Japan 2.
Continuing with the Halloween menu.
First Koei Kiku!
I didn't expect to find them here...
I had a prestigious image from the brand name, but the sake was far beyond my imagination.
When you drink it, you can feel the orange!
Orange!
🍊!
Is it really sake? It is like that.
Like AKABU, this is also assumed to be fire-aged, as there is no mention of unfiltered raw sake.
Then I looked at the label again and noticed that there is no mention of the rice polishing ratio. I noticed that it is a Tokutei Meisho sake.
In order to state on the label that the sake is a Tokutei Mei Sake, it is necessary to state the rice polishing ratio that meets the requirements.
Conversely, if the sake does not claim the specific name, it does not need to list the rice polishing ratio.
So, since Anastasia Orange is not labeled as a Tokutei Meisho, it is considered as a regular sake.
This was a great learning experience.
