This is the first Whale Wave and there are not many submissions, so it is an unknown quantity. The liquor store only described it as fruity.
The top-tasting aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, just like the previous reputation.
The mouthfeel is also fruity with a moderately sweet and light flavor! The acid bitterness in the aftertaste is not so pronounced, so there is a gentle sharpness.
Fruity! I understand it well. It is indeed delicious, but I would prefer a little more depth of flavor.
It depends on the season when you drink it. I would rather drink this in summer!
