マミオ
I've been drinking too much lately - but I wanted to have a cup of Furiman again, and then I realized it was the anniversary of my mother's death, so I decided to drink it 🍶 pretext, but...
Hirotogawa River in Ten-ei Village, where I went with my mother: ☺️
Hirotogawa is very popular and has a modern image, but it's actually a classic and I'm surprised every time 😂.
I think it's because it was just after opening the bottle, so it's dry and sharp in the mouth. The gentle umami spread slowly afterwards, and I felt a little sourness and bitterness.
Ahhhh, delicious 🥰.
I love Fukushima sake after all💕

Good evening, Mamio😄.
I love the classical but somehow gentle and approachable taste ❣️
If it's too glamorous, I get bored, but Hirotogawa is delicious enough to drink forever 😋💕.

I don't like overly glamorous ones either, I love gently sinking sake like Hirotogawa or Ippoumi 🥰 It's not flashy, but put it down for a bit and ahhh it's delicious ☺️ ✨I want to keep it on hand!
