This is the first sake I have purchased from Sakaizendo Horiichi Honten.
All of the sake is brewed with "Wakamizu" sake rice from Gunma Prefecture, according to the brewery.
Of course, Wakamizu is also my first sake rice.
When it was first taken out of the refrigerator, it was like freshly pressed sake with a delicate gaseous taste, but when it was close to room temperature, the taste opened up in the mouth,
When it was at room temperature, the flavor seemed to open up in the mouth, with a good melon and orange aroma, and the harmony of sweetness and bitterness made for an interesting sake.
