The label is my favorite, Kingfisher of Kariho😘.
It's a light nigori with a little lees 🤩.
But I won't add it to the nigori sake series 😁.
You can feel the sourness in the aroma after opening the bottle.
As soon as you put it in your mouth and feel the fluffy freshness, the acidity comes rushing in with a "DON! It's not a bad sourness at all, but it's a deliciously spicy sourness, which is opposite to the sourness of Sengoku, and you can feel the firm sourness.
Not only that, it also has a refreshing fragrance that spreads in the mouth.
It is a cool, dry and dry sake with no sweetness 😍.

What is your favorite snack to eat with sake?
I'm a big fan of sashimi, but I don't have the money to eat it every day 💦I tend to eat a lot of fried snacks, but lately I've been obsessed with cheese, which I've written about before 🧀 Gouda, cheddar, red cheddar, emmental, sometimes gorgonzo, and lately mozzarella has been my go-to snack because it doesn't interfere with the alcohol 🥰.
The horse race on Saturday 3/30 was a jackpot 🎯.
