Here it is today! The other day at a sake fest in Sendai, I immediately bought a bottle of sake that I thought was delicious!
In fact, this one was voted as the best sake among the various sake festivals held in Sendai!
The aroma is apple! Very fruity and gorgeous. When you drink it, you can taste the moderate sweetness, bitterness, and acidity. It also has a very full body with a strong umami flavor! And the aftertaste is delicious without lingering! It is a very beautiful and easy to drink sake with little bitterness 🍶 This is delicious! I don't usually drink Junmai Daiginjo, but this is delicious. I'm so proud that Tochigi sake took first place! Love Tochigi 🥰.
