Tomiou is one of Fushimi's favorite sake.
We drank
Tomiou Shiboritate Shinmai Shinshu Unrefined Nama Sake
It is a honjozo (pure sake). It was a bit strong and strong, probably because it was aluzo-sweetened.
Personally, I may not like it 🤔.
Tomiou Junmai Daiginjo 100% Yamadanishiki
It was clean and refreshing. I wonder if it is a food sake type.
Tomiou Junmai Ginjo Tanshu Yamadanishiki
This sake uses a yeast called Kyo no Koto. I think it was quite sweet. I had a bottle of this unfiltered raw sake a long time ago, and it was a sweet-tasting pineapple.
