Takachiyo's autumn sake with a refreshing juicy image. Super dry! I went to a liquor store to buy an autumn sake, and while I was browsing through various brands, I got curious and bought it.
I also liked the fact that it was not hiyaoroshi, but rather an autumn sake that seemed to emphasize the feeling of being better 👍.
It has a crisp, dry taste that goes from a crisp, gassy sensation!
I also feel the fruitiness of Japanese citrus fruits such as sudachi, which I think is typical of Takachiyo!
It is better to enjoy it with autumn ingredients than to drink it by itself ^_^.
Today's dish is stir-fried eggplant and mushrooms.
The next day, I pushed my family to choose the sauteed fish. It's too good 😂.
This year's akitogi is affordable and tasty ^_^.

I didn't realize it until I looked back at the bottle💦.
I'd like to sip this one with a squeeze of sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit) 😊.
