The bottle was opened lightly.
On the third day, it was opened with more light shupon.
It is light, but the elegant flavor sinks in afterwards. It has a gaseous taste and is delicious 😋.
Next month there will be a Kenshin Sake Festival in Joetsu Takata, but the guest brewery has not been announced yet❓❓
