I've been out of sake lately due to my busy schedule and poor health, but I'm lifting the ban for the first time in a while 🍶It's my first MACHO purchased at a liquor store in Kanazawa-Bunko 💪.
The aroma is sweet and vinegary like apricot. The color is a little yellowish and acidic.
On the palate, there is a tropical sweet and sourness that disappears gently. I was expecting it to be more aggressive because of the low-polished rice and the sake's raw yeast, but I was betrayed in a good way 😲.
It is delicious and in my favorite lineage! I think the direction of the flavor is similar to that of Shinsei. I was not aware of it, but I will buy it next time I find it 🦍Tasty ✨.
