Next, at "Natoki Ohara" in front of Sendai Station, we were served Sawanoizumi.
This was also a special junmai sake, so it was served hot.
It was said to have a good balance of richness and aroma, so I took a sip.
Yes, it too had a soft aroma, with no hint of being twisted.
It was easy to drink, just like the aroma.
It has a sweet and tasty flavor that is more mature than the Ichinokura, the first sake we drank.
It is a food sake that does not interfere with food at all.
Many of Miyagi's local sakes are only available in Sendai and other cities, so I am grateful for places like this that offer a variety of sake to choose from.
The taste is not so bad, so it is best to drink it in an izakaya or Japanese-style restaurant with a group of people, and then check the taste with the meal... but you have to try it to get started.
It went well with the thinly sliced clams wrapped in egg.
I liked the softness of the hit that didn't interfere with the meal at all. (^o^)

Tomoyuki Kumagai Good evening😄Welcome to Miyagi (laugh) It is true that only famous Miyagi sake can be drunk in other prefectures. Living in Miyagi, you would think it is natural to be able to drink it (lol) and there are a lot of food sake.

Good evening, Sashu-san!
Various breweries in various places.
Izakaya is a place where I can enjoy drinking brands that I don't drink at home (^○^)
After this, we jumped from Hato Masamune to Sotenden to Miyaganbai with refills...(^_^;)

Good morning, Kumagai-san😃I miss Sawano-Izumi so much‼️ Actually, the nearest brewery from my parents' house is here, so it was always available in our house since I was little. I'm a big fan of Junmai Daiginjo 👍.

Hello, Wakata! (≧▽≦)
Oh, you have a sake brewery next door!
If so, are you drinking freshly pressed sake?
I am Kumagai, who believes that the legend of the strongest sake is always drinking freshly pressed sake! (Laughs)

Mr. Kumagai, next door is an exaggeration 😅just the next town over 💦.
My father used to give me sake right after my first drink, but I moved to Osaka after college, so I couldn't enjoy that part of sake, which is a shame 😭.
