The morning of the third day of a family trip to Aomori Akita, where there are too many things to see. It was the day of the transfer from Aomori to Akita. The day before, we went to the Nishida Sake Brewery's special store, but we were satisfied with the sake we got, which looked delicious and we had never had before. After checking out of the inn, I was moving the car to the entrance of the inn to load our luggage when I was surprised 😳. My wife said, "They sell tasake at the store across the street from the inn! What? What store across the street? If you ask me, it's a store. With all due respect, I did not recognize it when I walked the dog last night or this morning. I entered the store and asked the elderly male owner, who showed me to the refrigerator, where I found a bottle of Tasake Tokusyu and a bottle of Kikusen Ginkan behind the melon. I wanted to buy both, but I had already bought two bottles of other famous sake and a four-pack yesterday, and I had a four-pack of Tasake left over, so I bought the Kikusen, which I had never had before. After leaving the store, I looked in all directions to check the name of the store to see if it was open to the public, but there was no sign. I guess this is what happens when you live in a place where sake culture is deeply rooted! I was surprised to see the name of the restaurant on Google Maps, A fresh ginjo aroma on the nose. It is a very clear, light and dry sake with a sense of umami. Slightly gassy. Good cold sake. 😋😋😋😋 The sweetness is on the dry side. The quality of Nishida Sake Brewery is second to none! 2,500 yen without tax

Hi Pitama🌞. When I traveled to Aomori two years ago, I saw an old-fashioned rice shop with a handwritten paper on the glass door at the entrance saying "Tasake in stock. They sell rice wine here? I think they put it in the store 😂.

Hello, Matsuchiyo-san 😀 Yes, here? You sell rice wine? I thought. If you look closely at the picture, there was a handwritten paper on the glass saying "Tasake available" in this store as well 😳. Don't tell me it's a pop-up distributed by Nishida Sake Brewery?
