First time drinking Kumamoto sake 🍶.
The cork is as good as champagne that the cork flies off with a pop. I didn't know it was a bottle-opening warning 😳.
It has a fresh, fizzy, bubbly taste. It has a hint of acidity and a slight sweetness that is typical of Yamada Nishiki, making it an elegant drink. Very tasty 😋.
100% Yamadanishiki produced in the Kikuchi River basin, Kumamoto Prefecture

It's been a while since I was able to add a prefecture to the list ☺️ I was surprised to see it hit the ceiling with a lid jump, but it's low in alcohol content and most importantly, it's easy to drink. It's a great bottle, I want to drink it again 😆.
