First time drinking Kumamoto sake 🍶.
The cork was as strong as champagne as it flew out of the bottle. I didn't know to be careful when opening the cork 😳.
It has a fresh, fizzy, bubbly taste. It had a hint of acidity and a slight sweetness typical of Yamada-Nishiki, and was very elegant to drink. Very tasty 😋.
100% Yamadanishiki produced in the Kikuchi River basin, Kumamoto Prefecture
