The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑤.
The other day, I had a drink at Takayuu-san. Takayuu, which I had a bad impression of the other day.
I decided to try it again.
I drank
Shinahi Nigori Junmai Ginjo
Polishing ratio 50% Gohyakumangoku
I bought this at Takashimaya last year and enjoyed it.
It's not on the list, but I brought it with me.
Nemuchi-san seemed happy to see this one.
It is still as sweet and sour as ever!
Junmai Ginjo Ryo
Polishing ratio 50% Yamadanishiki and Tamakae Sake degree +2
Well, lactic acidity is strong...
Junmai Nigori
Polishing ratio 70% Yamadanishiki, Sake meter value +8
Sake is too clear and not like Tottori...
Junmai Ginjo Strong
This was not on the list. This one is also quite refreshing, but with less umami....
Junmai Ginjo Kizusai Sparkling
Polishing ratio 50%, Gohyaku-mangoku, Sake meter value -19
This sake was made by secondary fermentation in the bottle using wine yeast. This was the best tasting sake at the Takayuu booth!
Nemuchi-san was mmm🤔 all the way through, which made me feel relieved 🤣.

Ponchan, thank you for this one too 🙇.
Ale? is a subtle thing? I'm not sure what you mean 💦.
I had the impression that everything else this time was subtle except for the first peachy nigorigo and the last sparkling, so I was relieved that we agreed on the subtlety 😅.
