It's Niigata sake again😅.
It's been a long time since I've seen Imadaiji. I used to visit Asano Sake Shop, but I haven't seen them recently.
It seems to be a brewery near Niigata station.
It has a smooth mouthfeel and a gentle sweetness. Less fruity than expected. Good balance of sweet and spicy. It seems to go well with meals.
Nutty and graininess.
When drinking it again, there is a strong gap between the sweetness and the spiciness. The sweetness is firmly sweet, but the spiciness is also gutsy and pungent.
Raising the temperature increases the sweetness.
I went to buy Tsushimaya at a liquor store far away from my house at the end of the year, but I forgot there was a special distributor in Kawanishi 😅this one was closer to my house...
