Good evening, it's been quite a while since I've posted due to various reasons 🖊️ I opened a bottle of this new sake for my return to sake activities 💁.
Iraka Gin/Kuro Hitogokochi Unfiltered Nama Sake 2025BY✨.
About 2 weeks ago, I declared that I was going to cleanse my cold-like condition with alcohol! I was on the mend, and as I was out drinking due to the season, I came down with the flu 😷🥵 and ended up back in a state where I couldn't drink for about 2 weeks 😭.
I'm sorry for the long preamble, but it's Hitogokochi, a new sake from Iraka.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a nice gassing sound.
The aroma is fresh apple and pear type 😊The taste also has a fruity attack with a chiri-chiri-type acidity 😁 But overall, the texture is dry bitter with a delicious rice flavor that is right up my alley and I can't stop drinking more 😋🤤😋😋😋😋.
I wish the price was a little more reasonable, but it's so good that I buy it 😅.
