It is a special version of Hatsugame's standard sake "Tokubetsu Junmai"!
This sake is bottled as it is without filtering, heating, or adding water.
The freshness of this sake is very important, so the brewer recommends drinking it within 30 days of the release date.

I was in Shizuoka yesterday and found out about this sake at a liquor store in Shizuoka!
I didn't have a reservation and came to the store 1 day before it went on sale.
The review made me feel like I was drinking the sake!
