Purchased at the joint brewery opening in Shiga.
It is served cold.
When the screw cap is twisted to open the bottle, bubbles rapidly rise to the surface of the water, but there is no rise in the water and the bottle is opened easily.
The color is milky white with lees mixed in due to the automatic stirring of the bubbles.
The heady aroma is mild and not very perceptible.
The mouthfeel is slightly effervescent with a sizzling sensation, which is felt on the tongue as a chili pepper.
The taste is rice-like and slightly sweet with a firm bitterness in the middle, I thought it would be a bit more sweet, but it was surprisingly dry and bitter impression at home.

Alcohol Content:16%.
