Today we had a very special Houou Mita 🍶😋. Continuing from last time, here is IMADEYA's GUITO July delivery😃. The A in R &A stands for Assemblage, and assemblage is a wine term meaning "blend" 🧐. According to the description. "We bring you a world of three-dimensionality that could not be expressed by a single raw material rice" 🧐. I guess it means a sake created by blending various sake rice to create a unique taste🍶🧐. I can't describe it well but it's delicious ❣️😋 Sometimes I encounter this difficult taste 🧐. The bitter, stimulating part of the taste is only canceled out by the umami ⁇ It's hard to describe, but this is what it tastes like! Pairing impression was done by Pekho 😅 Here is my personal impression😅😅 I like it】8(10点満点) Aroma】Aroma of rice 👍 Taste sensation】5 is the maximum -Spiciness: 2 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 -Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste -Rice flavor: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel】→2 Smaller number = light Bigger number = richer

Good evening shinsaku3😃. The taste of the special Mida sounds so complex that it's hard to describe 🍶. I also bought a Mita without A (assemblage) with a similar label and I'm looking forward to the difficult taste ✨.

Good morning, ichiro18 😃. Mida, I feel that this is a sake that you want to drink slowly and carefully while checking the taste, not just drink it quickly 😃. I am sure you will enjoy it without A😃.
