The same fruity aroma as the top shelf, full sweetness and rice flavor spreads with a thin acidity, and the aroma and rice flavor remains, while the spiciness and bitterness of the alcohol makes it crisp and refreshing.
Compared to new sake new rice ginjos and limited edition daiginjos, the sweetness was stronger. It has a strong alcoholic taste, but it goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own. It may be useful to be able to buy it anywhere at any time.
It went well with Uchi's check-in recipe for seared yellowtail in karashi soy sauce, normal sashimi, simmered isotsubu (salted), udon, tempura, inari sushi, and maki sushi.
