Next up: Asahikawa's sake, Kokushi Musou.
A little unusual sub-brand MOSIR
Junmai sake.
Full-bodied, tasty and spicy!
This time we left the meat to the restaurant!
How could I refuse when the restaurant recommended that I try the lamb hormone, as there are many fresh ones in the market!
Liver, hearts, and hormones were also served!
They were grilled well without any smell!
Hormones also go well with sake.
