Less than 10 days left in this year... I went to the supermarket and saw more crowds than usual, which reminds me that we are approaching the end of the year 🧐.
Putting that preface aside... yesterday was my first run of the season after a year's absence ⛷️, so I took the liberty of commemorating it myself ⁉️ and putting it to sleep now... (the kicker is that I forced myself to do it 🤭)
This is Tojo Yamadanishiki 🥰.
Once you open the bottle... no need to comment on the ginjo aroma ✨.
It's already delicious from the moment you smell it 😋.
The clean flavor and taste of Yamada-Nishiki and the way it fades away in the aftertaste is consistent with Jigyon's production and I'm in love with it 😍.
And...this Tojo Yamada is very fresh 🎶.
If I were to compare it to a song 🎧, I'd say it's a fade out... 😁.
The good thing about Jikin is that you can drink it after the second day with little change from the first day 🆗.
The impression I had when I drank it for the first time more than 10 years ago is still alive and well 🥺.
I'll keep it in the fridge for the next year end and new year ✨I'll report on it often 🤭.

Hello, koiing gulls 😃.
I don't feel the end of the year at all when I'm at home 😅 maybe I feel it most at the supermarket or something 🤗.
I'm so happy that you have jicama in your fridge 🥹.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😆
Living in the countryside, I'm not used to the crowds at the end of the year... I only go out in my neighborhood after all 🤭.
I know what Jikin tastes like, but I want to drink it "just in case" ✨.
