Bought together at Matsunoo and Takatsu, which I took to an offline meeting.
100% Yamae-Nishiki produced at the foot of Mt.
Polishing ratio 58
Alcohol 15.5
Fruity aroma when you open the bottle
Fresh and fruity even though it is hi-ire.
The sweetness is soft and umami comes through with a clean aftertaste.
I heard it was a classic type but it has a modern taste 🤔.
The 2nd day, still fruity aroma, pineapple to melon flavor.
Soft sweetness and umami, refreshing
3rd day, the fruity taste is not so strong, but the sweetness and acidity are well balanced and refreshing.
On the 5th day, the taste is indeed flat. Still, it is refreshing with a bit of spiciness, so it was perfect for a meal!
It had a modern taste and was easy to drink from start to finish. ❣️
It is a small sake brewery with less than 200 koku per year, and they hardly ship to the Kansai area!
I hope there are more stores where you can buy sake because it's delicious✨.

Hello, Pon-chan!
I see you bought more than just the Junmai Daiginjo at the offline meeting 😲.
[I was wondering about the word "motsuo" and I see that it is a sake rice production area, a bottle brewed with sake rice grown in the highlands, I am interested in this bottle 😊.

Holy ponchan konbanha!
I've never seen this sake before😳
Small sake breweries don't have a lot of sake on the market, so there are a lot of sake that I don't know about.

Hi Gyve, good evening 🌙
I was originally going to buy this one 🤭.
I was also curious about the Yamae Nishiki grown in the Ikarao Plateau😊It had a clear taste typical of Shinshu sake ❣️ I guess it's the water 🤔.

Erin, good evening 🌙
This one and the other one from the offline meeting were my first time to the brewery 😊💦I bet there are a lot of sakes that are only available in that area 😳I thought I found this one 😆🎶.

Pon, here too😄!
It's a handsome sake from Nagano, isn't it 😋!
There are still so many sake that we don't know about 😌😌.
It's a pity that they are not well known, but I'm very impressed when I come across them 😊.

Thanks again, Tsubu-chan 😊.
I've never had it before, I'm a little nervous about how it will taste, but I'll be twice as happy if it tastes good😊👍It's true, all Shinshu sake is delicious💕!
