Purchased at Hankyu Hakata.
Sweet aroma like banana. This may be the first sake with this kind of aroma.
At room temperature.
It has a very complex flavor among the Yamahai sake I have had so far. It is made with soft water and has a full-bodied flavor, mixed with acidity and umami. This may be due to the use of Kagawa rice called "Oceto". The aftertaste is short.
When heated, the umami of the rice is brought out at once, and the aftertaste is slightly longer than at room temperature.
It goes well with strong flavors.

IJ. Nice to meet you, Mr. Iji.
Thank you for the sake from Kagawa.
Oceto" is a delicious sake, while "Ayagiku" has a relatively strong acidity and is more suitable for a mealtime drink 😊.

Ryu, nice to meet you!
I see you did! I'm glad I bought it because I don't see Kagawa sake very often 😊.
I let it sit for a day and drank it again, and it was even calmer and much easier to drink than when I opened the bottle!

Thank you, Eezy!
I'm glad it suits your taste.
The quality of Kagawa's sake has been improving recently, so please try other sake if you have a chance again 😊.
