Mr. Umaisan helped us at the booth of "Hanashoku" at the Japanese Sake Festival before, and Mr. Umaisan brought sparkling sake at the Sakai Off-line Meeting.
I was like Mr. Purgatory by calling out "umai" so many times 🔥.
Polishing ratio 50% Gohyakumangoku 16% Sake degree -9 3190 yen
Beautiful, slightly smoky and smoky.
Sake strength -9, but it didn't feel that sweet.
The branding label is cool.
I wonder if Fukui is strong in Sakahomare and Gohyakumangoku 🤔.
