So, this is Bikyuu.
This sake is selected from a highly aromatic strain of CEL-24 yeast!
We have high expectations for this sake!
The aroma is pineapple and lactic acid!
Well, it smells good.
Sweet and tasty 😋 with a pineapple feeling that comes at you.
When you finish it, it disappears beautifully.
I drank Kameizumi and Uraboshi Botan, but they are all different.
They are all delicious 🤤.
