Reunited with an acquaintance living in Sapporo for the first time in a year and had an evening party! Last time we had a great dinner at Fukurokuju-san! So this time I bought some Haneda Airport exclusive sweets for his wife! Thank you very much for last time 😊. Well, this time we are with you here, SHIGI38 Full house again today 🈵. We ordered 1 hour all-you-can-drink at the counter in the back ⏳. The sake selection was left to me and I had the same one as my friend! We confirmed many good sakes today! We started off with a bottle of Keppaku & Kafuda Sake! Nice aroma, deliciously sweet and fruity! Great sake 😃! SHIGI38 now serves gyoza (dumplings), so tonight we are having tuna and gyoza (dumplings)! knowledge of what we do Rice: Gohyakumangoku produced in Aizu Misato-cho Polishing ratio 50%. Sake degree +1 Acidity 1.3 Alcohol: 16%.
