Igarashi Natsu-meku Junmai-shu" 4BY unfiltered, unadulterated, raw sake straight from the bottle [Igarashi Sake Brewery, Saitama].
It has a lactic or sweet and sour taste at the mouth, but the taste itself cuts through quickly. The astringent taste of the sake intensifies before the taste is cut off.
It is a little different from a refreshing type of sake. The astringency of the sake lingers in the mouth for quite a long time.
According to my partner, it is "sweet and sour and astringent. What the heck is that?
