Sweet and sour aroma like apple
Slightly carbonated, with a nose-tingling apple-like sourness and a tingling sensation on the tongue that is quite stimulating. ⚡️
The sweetness is moderate, but you can also taste the rice flavor.
The end is sharp, but there is a slight residual astringency.
I drink it chilled, but when it gets close to room temperature, it tastes less stimulating, and the sweetness of the rice increases!
