Aroma is surprisingly light.
The mouthfeel is slightly effervescent, as is typical of nama-shu.
Gorgeous fresh fruitiness reminiscent of melon and apple dominates the palate.
The sweetness of Gohyakumangoku also stands out.
The finish has a nice sharpness.
Tonchibo is open for business for the last time this year.
