This is the first time for both Fukuju sake and sake brewed with Hyogo Nishiki.

It has a sweetness, but it finishes with a spicy alcohol feeling. There is also a lactic acidity?
The alcohol taste that leaves the nose at the end makes you feel you are drinking sake.
