Torai山廃純米 生原酒

Trying the Morai Yamahai ✨
They really serve a lot of different kinds of sake here 🙄.
The first aroma is faintly sweet.
It is a modern Yamahai with a slight acidity and the umami of the rice.
Even though it is called "nama sake," it is a beautiful sake with only 16% alcohol by volume, which is typical of Aomori.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨.
I think Ando Suigun is the only one in Aomori that produces a solid Yamahai with a strong nama-shu 🤔.

DuLai, they really come out one after another💦.
It's going to be hard to catch up with them 🤔

Hello bouken 🌞.
I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys at Sake no Wa have to say about it 😅.
The ice cold raw sake that bouken-san bought looks good, I might buy some 😊.
I heard it is available at Asano-san's place in Hamamatsucho.

I know they have a few test brews out there, but I wonder if they are still in the trial and error stage.

TRY Brewing also had a Jun Dai Ginpu. I guess it's not like they are obsessed with Aomori rice 🤔.

I heard that they are also producing sake rice because the rice for eating in Hokkaido is not selling well, and they are trying to attract sake breweries and promote the rice in order to get people to consume it.
