At the beginning of the New Year, we made a bottle of Ryujin Shuzo's Oze no Yukidoke New Year's sake.
It is a luxurious bottle with a rice polishing ratio of 39%.
The aroma and sweetness are perfect. It is sweet, but not clingy, and is very easy to drink.

Oze no Yukidoke, it's in neighboring Gunma prefecture, but I think it's very tasty ❗️.
I'm sure you can find it at the sake store in Otawara ☺️.
