The second limited edition sake that I got from the Sangdo Shinen Banquet.
It is a mixed brew of Yamadanishiki and Kago.
I was told that this sake rice, which is written "Kako" and reads "Kabashiko", has a noble aroma that wafts to the neighborhood when it is steamed...
I thought I would enjoy it first, but I got the impression that the aroma itself was not that strong.

After the slightly strong fizzy sensation, there was a pleasant acidity that was not unpleasant at all, and the taste of sake was spreading in the mouth with an elegant flavor.
This is so good...so good!
I can't even reach for the snacks I bought!
It was a delicious sake that could be drunk so easily that it would interfere with the flavor if you ate it 🍶.
