I once had the chance to meet Mr. Urasato, the sixth-generation brewery owner, at my part-time job in Fukuoka. He kindly told me about retailers in Osaka. 😌 Tome River, which I recall bouken-san often visits—my first time here. 🚲
Served chilled, it has a faint aroma of fully ripened fruit. The slight effervescence is stimulating. The acidity is low, making it very dry with a clean finish. Even though it's slightly cloudy, it doesn't have much of a creamy feel. The umami aftertaste lingers for a long time.

Good evening, Mr. Eiji 😃 So you went to Tome River Sake Shop? ☺️ Did you meet the third-generation owner, Daichi-kun? Kiri Tsukuba's first pressing... I'm getting tipsy 🤤 Haven't had a chance to drink it this year 😌 It goes down so smoothly, doesn't it? Before you know it, a 720ml bottle is gone 😄
