Junmai Daiginjo-shu from Sawanohana.
This is an unfiltered raw sake type.
Compared to the hi-ire type, it is fresher and a little gassy.
This one has a stronger aroma, which I prefer.
It is also good to taste a bit of astringency and bitterness.
