This is the first new sake of the crop that I have had!
It is fire-aged, but it has a great freshness as if it has not been fire-aged!
It shows the high level of technique.
And even though it is fresh, it also has a strong umami flavor and is one of the most impressive bottles in terms of cosmetics!
I wish I could drink this every year.
