Toast Sake for Birthday #2
Continuing with Kaze no Mori, we chose a sake with a fresh aroma and flavor.
Fresh aroma like apple.
It has a clear mouthfeel and a calm taste. The aftertaste is long. The sweet flavor is impressive.
As I thought after drinking Haneya's junmai ginjo before, I have an image that many Hokuriku wines have a heavy flavor, but Haneya's taste is very light and fresh.
