There is a slight gasiness. The gorgeous aroma is not too strong, but elegant. The taste is very fresh, with more acidity than sweetness. Personally, I would prefer a little more sweetness and umami, but I would get bored if that was all I tasted, so it is better to have more variations in flavor. I think it is even better on the third day after opening the bottle, when it has settled down.
