I've never seen this sake before, but the label is eye-catching 🤗But it is sweet and sour with acidity -65😳😚 I guess it's the one that doesn't seem so sweet.

I also tried a sake mother pressed out of curiosity, it was sweet but at the same time sour, so I didn't feel it was that sweet only. But it might be hard to find a meal to go with it😅.
