Aromatic, fruity rice aroma with a hint of sourness.
Sweet and fruity like apple or pear.
Sweet rice flavor spreads later.
The taste of rice lingers in the aftertaste while it fades away cleanly.

Lighter aroma than Junmai Ginjo.
The citrus acidity and moderate weight of the rice is delicious.
As time goes by, the koji-like flavor expands.
