The sake is freshly pressed in the early morning, and the master of the brewery goes to the brewery at 5:00 a.m. to make the ultimate freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake. A good omen! We gratefully accepted it! Of course it is delicious! Oh, my 200th post!
