Ichinokura純米吟醸 生原酒 立春朝搾り
のっち
I bought this sake on a trip to Miyagi Prefecture, recommended by the staff at Saichi, a store famous for its o-hagi (rice cakes).
It is a limited edition sake that is pressed once a year at the time of Risshun.
It was a gem that allowed me to fully enjoy the flavor and sweetness of the rice.

Hi Nocchi-san, sorry for the comment 🙇 Good morning 😊I see you're in Miyagi.
Hi there 😊I see you came to Miyagi. I'm sure you'll have a great time in Akiu Onsen by any chance? That would be great 😆.

Mr. Swissisun.
Yes, I did! We stayed at Akiu Onsen.
Saichi was great, not only because of the o-hagi, but also because of the sake in its own right!
