Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery is a newly established brewery in Kamikawa Town at the foot of the Kamikawa Mountains in Hokkaido. It uses Hokkaido rice and I wanted to try it once.
I had a Junmai sake, which tasted fruity without any cloying taste. It had a melon-like sweetness and aroma. It was a refreshing type of sake, and I did not notice any bitterness.
It is quite a good sake. I would like to try other specs.
